What’s included in your travel planning service?
We start with a consultation to understand your style, then research destinations, hotels, restaurants, and unique experiences. You’ll receive a day-by-day itinerary in a beautiful PDF with links, and up to two rounds of revisions.
Do you charge extra for hotel bookings?
No — we never add fees on top of the hotel rate. The £300 deposit goes directly towards your booking, and we always secure the best available deal — whether that’s a better price, an upgrade, or late check-out perks.
Do you also book flights?
We can suggest flight options that fit your plan. Tickets are booked directly with the airline, but we’ll make sure everything connects smoothly.
How much does a bespoke itinerary cost?
Our planning starts at £250 for the first three days, plus £75 for each additional day. A £300 hotel booking deposit also applies and goes towards your stay.
Can you plan last-minute trips?
Yes — with our Priority Planning service we can have everything ready in 48 hours (+20% to the regular price).
Do you work only in Europe or worldwide?
Our base is in London, but we curate journeys across the globe — from city escapes in Europe to once-in-a-lifetime adventures further afield.
What makes Wanderly different from a travel agency?
