WANDERLY LTD — BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all travel services provided by Wanderly Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16685221). By making a booking, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. GENERAL
1.1 Travel insurance is not included in our services or promotions. All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
1.2 These Terms apply to any service booked via Wanderly Ltd, including packages, single components, itinerary planning, and bespoke travel arrangements.
1.3 Our contract with you is governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
2. OFFERS
2.1 Offer pricing may fluctuate due to exchange rates, taxes, or availability. Prices are correct at time of publication but may change daily.
2.2 Quotes are valid for 4 days, after which they are subject to re-pricing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 Itinerary Planning Fees:
Fees for itinerary planning services are non-refundable once work has commenced, regardless of subsequent cancellation of travel.
Standard pricing: £250 for up to 3 days, plus £75 for each additional day.
Priority Planning (delivery within 48 hours) is subject to a 20% surcharge.
Extra Planning (gifts, events, ultra-luxury experiences) is charged at £50 per hour.
Corporate / Travel PA services: pricing available on request.
2.4 Commissions from Suppliers. Please note that Wanderly Ltd may receive commissions or incentives from certain suppliers. This does not affect the total price you pay, which remains as quoted.
3. BOOKING TERMS
3.1 Deposits & Payments
3.1.A non-refundable deposit applies, with a minimum of £300 or as otherwise stated in writing depending on the service booked.
3.1.2 The balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to departure.
3.1.3 Bookings made within 60 days of travel must be paid in full upon confirmation.
3.1.4 Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation without refund.
3.2 Cancellation by You
3.2.1 Cancellations must be received in writing by the lead passenger. Percentages apply to the total booking cost including fees and supplements.
3.2.2 Charges apply as follows:
60+ days – Loss of deposit
46–59 days - 40% of total cost
29–45 days - 60% of total cost
8–28 days - 90% of total cost
7 days or less - 100% of total cost
Certain services, events, or special arrangements may be 100% non-refundable regardless of notice period.
3.3 Amendments by You
3.3.1 Amendments are subject to a £50 administration fee per change, in addition to supplier charges, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3.2 Some bookings are strictly non-changeable and may be treated as cancellations.
4. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS BY US
4.1 Changes Before Travel
4.1.1 We reserve the right to make changes to your booking.
4.1.2 If the change is significant (e.g., major time or location change), you may:
Accept the change,
Choose a comparable alternative, or
Receive a full refund.
4.1.3 No compensation is payable if the change is caused by circumstances beyond our control (see Section 6).
4.2 Cancellation by Us
4.2.1 We may cancel your booking in exceptional circumstances. If this occurs, you will be offered:
A comparable alternative, or
A full refund of monies paid (excluding insurance or non-refundable elements).
5. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
5.1 Wanderly Ltd acts as an agent between you and suppliers unless expressly stated otherwise. Our duty is to exercise reasonable skill and care in the booking process.
5.2 Where Wanderly Ltd acts as principal, our liability will be governed by the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
5.3 Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Wanderly Ltd for the relevant booking. We are not liable for losses arising from:
Acts of third parties not related to your booking,
Events that are unforeseeable or unavoidable,
Your own actions or omissions.
6. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Events may include but are not limited to: war, pandemics, natural disasters, industrial action, adverse weather, supplier insolvency, or government travel restrictions. Refunds will be subject to recovery from suppliers. Wanderly Ltd will not be liable for unrecoverable costs.
7. INSURANCE
7.1 Clients are required to hold suitable travel insurance for the duration of their trip.
7.2 Failure to obtain adequate insurance may result in being unable to recover costs in the event of cancellation, delay, or other disruption.
7.3 Wanderly Ltd accepts no liability for costs incurred due to inadequate or absent insurance coverage.
8. COMPLAINTS
8.1 Any issues should be reported immediately to our team or local representatives.
8.2 If unresolved, submit a written complaint to explore@wanderlyclub.com within 28 days of return.
8.3 We aim to acknowledge complaints within 7 working days and resolve them within 28 working days.
8.4 Failure to follow these steps may affect your right to claim compensation.
9. DATA PROTECTION
9.1 Wanderly Ltd processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
9.2 Your information is used solely to fulfil bookings and may be shared with relevant suppliers.
9.3 By booking, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
10. YOUR CONDUCT
10.1 Wanderly Ltd reserves the right to terminate your trip without compensation if your behaviour causes disturbance, damage, or risk to others.
11. EXCURSIONS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
11.1 Any excursions or services not booked directly with Wanderly Ltd (including in-resort activities) are outside your contract with us.
11.2 Wanderly Ltd accepts no responsibility for the safety standards, quality, or performance of such third-party services.
12. FINAL NOTES
12.1 You are responsible for ensuring that you hold valid passports, visas, and comply with all entry requirements.
